This is a fantastic wine recently added to our list. Powdery coral pink in colour, with cherry blossom on the nose. Zingy grapefruit and a lingering, fragrant raspberry finish on the palate. Bright with bursting acidity and well balanced.
Description
Wayfarer Wines is a family run vineyard, with just over 8 acres under vine, with a plan to plant a further 7.5 acres in the near future. Their focus is creating truly outstanding still wines from Kent, unlike many English Vineyards, they don’t produce any sparkling at all!
In 2016 the first vineyard was planted to the rear of the family home. This lovely vineyard is about quality over quantity and really allowing the sugars and characteristic flavours of the grape to develop to their fullest potential to ensure the best possible still wines.
